Your Personal Brand is Part of Business Brand

I find myself having to tell clients all the time that when it comes to your business and public relations (the story) that you are your company.

Most people feel that their business, product or service should speak for itself, but in today’s world it’s just not enough.  Besides media liking the story behind your business (by the way that’s YOU), your ability to build customer relationships is huge!

You are the brand behind your company
, and you might as well accept that will always be true.

You just have to learn the balance.

Remember: people feel special when the chef comes out to their table or when the owner of their favorite store asks them if they like their last purchase.  Today, the product/service isn’t enough.
